"Lomi Lomi massage is an ancient Hawaiian form of healing through balancing the body-mind-energy. As all of the parts of our bodies are connected to each other, this is a full body massage which includes lymphatic drainage, meridian release and stretching. Energetic healing can also take place, if called for, and emotional release can often occur. It is important to note that emotional release cannot be “requested” as it is something that spontaneously happens if the individual is ready. This is a modality which has often been described as “nurturing” and “like a big hug” - it is a gift that has been passed down many generations and is an honour to both give and receive."
