1.5 hour kinesiology sessions to assist the body in returning and remaining in a whole, balanced and rejuvinating state.

If you’re a new client to see me please book this appointment as it allows us a bit of extra time.

There are a few contraindications for SE work, so please check these and get in touch if you have any questions. Although this modality is generally considered safe, and alterations to sessions can be made, rare cases may release trauma or a strong emotional response, which we don’t recommend during these listed terms.

SE is not suitable for the following:
- 1st & 3rd trimesters of pregnancy and 3-6mths postpartum
- Children under 12 & elderly over 75
- Diagnosed severe PTSD or other severe mental health conditions
- Currently taking meds that alter brain chemistry (antidepressant etc)
- Recent physical injuries/factures/surgery
- Epilepsy
- History of seizures
- History of aneurysm, heart disease/conditions
- Severe asthma (low risk - please bring inhaler to session)
-Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional or spiritual crisis in the last 3yrs.

Bodytalk is a beautifully gentle but potent form of energy medicine that works within all realms of your bodymind complex. At the core of these healings sessions is reestablishing the communication lines within your bodymind so that every cell with in your bodymind is in constant communication and harmony with every other cell in your bodymind.

For these sessions we will combine both BodyTalk and Spinal Energetics into the session giving you the whole experience.
