Toni is very knowledgeable and helpful with pointing me in the right direction training wise. I will be continuing with a monthly maintenance sports massage as I feel it is so beneficial.

This was my first sports massage. Toni talked me through exactly what she was doing, explaining what treatments would help and made me feel very relaxed. She offered to  work along side my physio to help my injury get better quicker  which is very reassuring. My legs after running the London  marathon are so much better. Please DO NOT book this treatment if you have a current injury or ongoing specific pain. 

For those wanting to relieve stress, tension and promote overall wellbeing. The massage will consist of gentle, soothing techniques that ease muscle tension, reduce stress held in the body and relax the mind. Dimmed lighting, pre heated bed and warm tools. 

An ultimate introduction to the key benefits and hands on approach to manual therapy for the body. If you are unsure whether deep tissue or sports massage is for you, this treatment is the perfect way to sample. Pressure will be adjusted to suit you. 

This treatment can be booked for yourself or gifted.

No.3  Relaxation Massage

Discounted package when you purchase a block of 4 treatments. 

For those who take their maintenance seriously and agree that prevention is better than cure! 

All sessions must be booked within 6 months of the first booking. This is to ensure you are committed to your maintenance. Spreading 4 sessions over 12 months is not optimal, therefore this block booking will have an expiry to ensure no longer than 4-6 weeks is between each treatment for an ideal maintenance and performance plan.

When we decide to look after our bodies, it's essential that we commit to the dates in the diary to ensure an allocated hour to well-being is never missed. 

This discounted package has been designed for YOU to receive the maximum benefit. A reduced cost per treatment when 4 sessions are paid for and committed to upfront.
