This service involves going through a breathing technique workshop before immersion into the cold-water therapy and individual ice baths, followed by 10-15min oxygen boot therapy, 10-15 min deep tissue massage, cupping, EMS (if applicable) and recovery refreshments.

Ice bags are up to 4 bags, additional bags may be purchased at $5 per bag.
Magnesium can be purchased aa an add on for an additional $5
