Had an excellent experience at Chaps & Co and a big shoutout to Cesar for the incredible haircut. I went in for a scissor cut and was genuinely impressed by Cesar’s skills. I explained just once what I wanted, the style I was going for and how I wanted my hair to look and he understood it almost immediately. He executed it exceptionally well. The layers, texture, definition and overall shape he brought to the hairstyle were truly outstanding.
