Zen Shiatsu is a Japanese acupressure massage technique used to balance body & mind. It comes from ancient traditions of Chinese & Japanese Medicine and Western medical knowledge. 
Treatment is carried on the futon ( on the floor ) with receiver fully clothed,  without any oils. Therapist is using palming, kneeding, gentle shaking, tapping, pressing, stretching & rotation moves to improve smooth flow of Ki.
Used for stress relief,  muscular tension,  hormonal imbalances, pains & aches, fatigue,  menstrual issuses,  sleep problems, digestive issues, anxiety & general relaxation.
