Women possess the power to create life. Pregnancy is magical, it is exciting, and it can be physically demanding. The Mother Nurture massage aims to relieve tension related to the growing and changing body; including leg cramps, lower back tension, hip and pelvic aches. While massage during pregnancy can alleviate the physical tensions of the body, a deeper sense of mother-baby connection is also strengthened as you take the time to slow down, breathe deep and rest.
Please note:
	⁃	pregnancy massage is only available to mothers once they have reached 2nd trimester (from 13 weeks) 
	⁃	Any high risk pregnancies  will need a doctors clearance to receive this service
