I had such an amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The treatment was incredibly soothing, and my skin felt so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. Carrie took the time to assess my skin's needs, explain each step, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The attention to detail and level of care truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend booking an appointment if you're looking for a relaxing experience with amazing results. I can't wait for my next facial!

The IPL and laser was very reasonably priced for the skilled aestheticians. I even received some massages before and after which was not a part of the service. I will definitely go back! They truly stand out from the other widely known places in San Francisco.

Had an amazing experience with Chao and made my hair feel much more healthier !! The assistants and front desk receptionist are always so friendly and kind that I feel welcomed coming into the salon. Parking is great and easy location to get to. Will come back for hair maintenance through the year to keep my hair healthy and soft!
