I had such a wonderful experience at ByFitzroy! Shakara truly brought my vision to life and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel confident every step of the way. Jackson, who greeted me and washed my hair, was incredibly welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. The level of care and customer service was exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be coming back for my future hair appointments!
