I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. I had such an amazing experience at my hair extension appointment! From start to finish, everything felt professional, comfortable, and so well done. My hair looks absolutely beautiful and blends perfectly — you can tell so much care and attention went into the placement, colour match, and overall finish. I left feeling so confident and happy with the results. The quality of the extensions and the service were both incredible. I had such a great experience at the salon last night with Alex. She highlighted my hair in preparation for extensions this weekend and it turned out so nice, exactly what I was hoping for. The colour looks really natural and blends so well. She was also so sweet and gentle and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed. You can tell she actually cares and takes her time with what she’s doing. I can’t wait to see the final result with the extensions, I’m already so happy with how everything is looking so far!
