My very first facial in Toronto and it was an absolutely exceptional experience! Honestly, it was a surprisingly unique treatment at first, but I have zero regrets about trying it. The results are truly incredible—my skin looks fresh, radiant, and visibly plumped. The staff is top-notch: the team is extremely professional, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to your skin's needs. You instantly feel like you're in good hands. I had such a great experience with Urmi I have visited so many salons in Canada for eyebrow threading and waxing but I was never completely satisfied and had almost stopped getting waxing because I found it too painful. Urmi did my eyebrow threading and waxing and honestly, it was so good and almost pain free.She was very gentle, professional, and did an amazing job. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to Urmi again. Highly recommend her!!

Madison did an amazing job on my hair! 🩷 I had never found someone who could cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and have me leave feeling so happy with the result. I had a wonderful experience with Lisa for my hydra facial. She was incredibly gentle, and her technique made the whole session feel very soothing and relaxing. Kiki was amazing, very knowledgeable, gave an amazing facial using customization for my skin. One answer fits all doesn’t work on skin so I was extremely pleased to hear that depending on my skin she used products. The products were great on sensitive skin like mine and gave no reaction, my skin feels plump and hydrated! Thanks!!
