I had an amazing facial from Kate. She did such a thorough job and it was very relaxing. My skin feels smooth and hydrated now and I just need to keep it that way by having regular facials. Best facial ever.

It was my first time Brazilian wax there with Jamuna and she really made me feel very comfortable. I was expectimg it to be more painful but it went much better than I thought. I am really happy with the service and definitely come back.

Yuyu was friendly, professional and easy to get along. She wasn't pushy with sales and showed me the options that were available. I was treated well with respect and if I was not moving overseas I will book in with her again. Highly recommend. She is a gem. Great experience! I look forward to seeing her when I come back.

I had such a lovely experience at The Beauty Plan. Charlene was absolutely outstanding — so warm, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatments. I’m already so happy with the results and my skin is looking amazing! I felt really well looked after from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Charlene and The Beauty Plan enough.
