Freddy was great! He really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to ask questions to make sure he understood the new hairstyle I wanted. He was patient, kind, and paid close attention to the details. He absolutely nailed the look I was going for and also gave me some great advice on how to style my hair at home and get the most out of the cut.
