Tiger - Lilly was excellent, I had a deluxe facial. The treatment was simply fabulous, the back massage was of firm pressure as discussed, my facial was beautiful. Great communication skills, kind & caring manner. Awesome knowledge of products & treatment. Look forward to next appointment
