I recently had my very first facial at Loft with Leigh-Ann, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My kids gave me an electronic gift card for Mother’s Day, and I was really excited to use it—but I was also a little nervous. I have rosacea, so I was concerned about how my skin would react and whether a facial would leave me irritated or uncomfortable. Leigh-Ann immediately put me at ease. She was so gentle, calm and reassuring, and she explained that the products she was using were gentle and appropriate for my skin. I am very happy with the experience. Thank you!

She has, by her kind and thoughtful nature, created a beautiful space that is welcoming, serene and safe. I had the pleasure of a reiki session with my most recent facial, and I can’t speak highly enough of the new offering. She crafted a layered experience that was restful and revelatory- so worth it and highly recommend!

This was my first time having a facial, Desiree made me feel right at ease the minute I walked in the door. We sat and talked and she explained the process thoroughly. The environment is very welcoming and soothing at the same time. She took her time and walked me through each step of the process.
