Vivien was amazing. I got two facials for me and my partner and she did such a wonderful job with extracting all of our blackhead and whiteheads really made a difference. She is very attentive and gentle and walks you through every step. i recommend you book with her her and i will definitely be booking again and again and again !! 🩷

Highly recommend. The facial and head spa was amazing. Hannah was so friendly, caring and explained the process and the products which I find valuable. The products used were high quality. either a korean product (yay) or medik8. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality treatment. Hannah is so lovely!

I had such a wonderful experience with the hair spa, facial, and foot massage! Everything was so relaxing and professionally done. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly pampered. I had my first facial here and it was a wonderful experience! I wasn’t sure what to get, but after chatting with Kristy and assessing my skin, she recommended a peel. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was very hygienic. I left feeling refreshed and my skin looks great. Highly recommend!

Had the most relaxing facial today , my skin feels so hydrated, smooth, and glowing after the treatment. Jane is incredibly gentle and professional, and the whole experience was so calming from start to finish.
