As always, the experience is great. Leen listens to what I, as the client, wants. She will make a professional advice but is not pushy. This is very important to me. She made me as comfortable as she can whilst the treatment. I very much appreciate her doing my numbing cream thicker & allowing a longer time. She does not rush & she takes time to explain if you have any questions. Highly recommended.

Leen took the time to explain & answer my concerns and questions. She did not rush my assessment which is important to me. She is gentle and put me at ease by putting more numbing cream than usual to address my very low pain threshold. This was much appreciated. The procedure room is clean and so were the tools used.
