My wash, blow dry and style were completed in such a pleasant, truly soothing (pampering) professional manner, of not for the Instructor observing, etc during each step & the fee it would've been a "Beauty Shop' instead of "Beauty School " Experience.. Got some good pointers also on how to take care of the "new gray".

I moved to Houston and hit the jackpot when I found Imelda and her salon. She has always made me love my difficult hair. I am currently going through cancer treatment and she and her staff have been so incredibly kind and supportive. She had to shave all my hair off today and actually made it an enjoyable event. Hands down the greatest salon in Houston. I highly recommend them.

Had a fantastic experience here! I got a great balayage done with Mica. She actually listens, helps you choose your color and together with her team of Ester and Amanda left me with the ideal color and soft - instead of damaged- hair! Mica and Henrique also gave my girls great haircuts in line with what they asked for! This place is far for me but it’s definitely worth the drive. Looking into all their other services! Grateful to this team!

I have found a permanent hair stylist now! She is absolutely wonderful and the suite is so comfortable and clean. I felt like I was in heaven while getting my hair washed, she is not heavy handed lol I was literally falling asleep while getting my braids. You won’t regret booking, I promise!

Angel is very knowledgeable and caring. She listens to my request every time and always delivers. I had box (dye) black hair and wanted to go blonde. She educated me and let me know we could do it, but it has to be in steps. She also educated me in the products I needed to keep my hair healthy, and avoid breakage. This was a different experience for me this time, I appreciate the knowledge and my hair is healthy and not fried all the while still getting the results that I want. She’s the only one I will allow to touch my hair! If your second guessing, don’t guess any longer BOOK HER!

Mrs Welsh and her staff are top notched! Please note: This is a teaching school, so there are students in training. Mrs Welsh gives them opportunities to practice, but she oversees everything to ensure that the clients are receiving quality services that they expect. I’ve been coming here for nearly three years, and I’ve never been disappointed! She has consistently displayed true professionalism and I consider her a friend, and myself a lifetime patron! Mica salon was a great discovery. The vibe is very nice, everyone is very friendly and Andre and Amanda are great for both color and haircut. I highly recommend this place for trying a new look! They also have nail salon so you can get ready in one stop!

I was very impressed with Ellie..I didn’t know anything about hair extensions or anything about adding hair to your own hair..but Ellie filled me in on all the different ways she could add hair to my already thinning hair….it was alittle overwhelming 🤣 but I made the decision to let her do her magic. Monica is a amazing! My hair was in a fragile state and she was very gentle with it and knew all the right things to do to keep it from becoming more fragile and I left with my hair looking and feeling so much healthier and vibrant! She knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to blonde hair!
