The staff are excellent from the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and welcoming my experience made me feel relaxed and focussed on myself. Loved the experience. Fit out is immaculate, thoughtful and extremely clean. I do have a suggestion. It was my first time in your bathhouse, and I would have loved to know the health benefits of the services, such as the cold plunge pool, the magnesium pool, and the difference between the steam room and the cedar sauna. I had asked but didn't really get an answer. Knowing this would have given me a better understanding on how to best utilise your offerings.
