I would like to provide feedback regarding the care I received. My pain was 10/10 at the time, and I was extremely distressed. Mona provided exceptional care. She performed acupuncture and used hot stones, which completely relieved my headache and significantly reduced my back and hip pain. Her skill, professionalism, and calm approach made a huge difference to my experience. Another staff member also assisted briefly when needed over the phone, which I appreciated.
