I’m often unsatisfied with my new hairstyles but it was different this time. I am very satisfied with the outcome. The hairstyle is similar to the picture I showed. I asked for layered cut+ c-curl perm+ dark ash-brown color and root touch. I like the result of all the above. Thank you!

I began coming to this hair salon last year with my daughters and I really enjoy how they work here but the best part is I always leave feeling good about my hair. Color and cut is always excellent. Olga, Lorena and Sheila have been the three of whom I’ve experienced styling and they don’t fall short of their skills. Thank you!

Lupita is a great massage therapist! After my surgery, she’s been taking such good care of me. She’s awesome, knows the right steps, and makes sure the massages are done properly. I definitely recommend this place, especially because I love that they start draining you right after surgery and follow your doctor’s orders. I’ve had a really good experience with Lupita. I’m very happy with my results and the care I’ve received. I can’t wait to keep coming down to Downey for my massages in the future!! I found such a great team and will definitely keep coming back.

Caroline was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She did an amazing job with my hair color, and I really appreciated the nourishing treatment she included to keep my hair healthy. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a place to get your hair colored, I highly recommend coming here. Caroline was very kind and the price was cheap, and she wanted a cutting bang and trim, so she made it nice. If you're looking for a new salon, I highly recommend Caroline.
