Absolutely Obsessed! I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, along with a full set of eyelash extensions—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My brows have never looked more defined or natural, and the tint gave them the perfect pop without being too bold. As for the lashes—flawless! Baira was amazing, she was very communicative and careful. She used all the sterile tools and was very hygienic. She listened to my preference and did exactly what I wanted, would highly recommend her. She also was very good with time :)

Saiana is always through and exact. Her work is meticulous! Her sets last 4+ weeks, though I wish I could visit her more often as I know each time will be a success. Sad to see her leave but excited to check out the other specialists!

This was my first time with Saiana and she has the most gentle hands, it almost felt like therapy! We had a mini consultation right before starting and I showed her pictures of what I want and recommended something that perfectly took what I wanted and applied them to my eye shape and eyelash density. More than happy and so excited to have these extensions for my bridal makeup look! ❤️❤️❤️

The final results are amazing. I did have to have my old wet removed so the appointment was a bit longer than usual. Gelena is good and I’ve seen her growth. She is very particular and I felt her sense of wanting to ensure every lash was perfect! Also LOVE the new studio.

Absolutely obsessed with my brows and lashes 🤍 My brows were waxed and tinted so naturally -clean, fluffy, and perfectly shaped without looking too dark. Baira at Brow and Lash Up Bay Ridge was amazing—professional, attentive, and never rushed me into making a decision. Her tools came fresh out of sanitized packaging, and the salon was clean, organized, and smelled incredible. She really listened to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable, and even offered me a blanket when I was a little cold. She took her time, and my lashes came out absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be rebooking!

I love coming to Brow and Lash Up! The environment is so calming and welcoming it makes the whole experience super relaxing. My lash tech, Gelena, always does an amazing job with my lashes. Her work is consistent, and my retention lasts around 3–4 weeks, which I really appreciate. Everything is always clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Guliana was very delicate with the eyelashes extensions and very thorough. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. Clean bright salon with coffee water n juice. Give her a try very nice and great eyelashes look like they are mine n not extensions.
