I’ve been seeing Melissa for over 15 years and couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. She’s incredibly talented, super personable, and always makes every appointment fun and relaxing. She really listens to what you want and somehow makes your hair look even better than you pictured. Honestly, Natasha is amazing. You can tell from the second she starts working that she really knows what she’s doing, every move is so confident and intentional. She was unbelievably fast but still kept everything super clean and detailed. My nails look SO good! Couldn't be happier.

I am absolutely happy with my experience and cannot recommend Jen and Melissa highly enough. They are both incredibly talented and took the time to truly listen to exactly what I wanted for my haircut and hair colour. Their attention to detail and expertise really shined through. My first visit was great at Scarlett O'Hair. I didn't know what to expect. Oksana took the time to listen to my concerns on hair products. I have allergies and a sensitive scalp. And she didn't rush through the wash/cut/style. Her attention to detail is noted. I am happy with the results. FINALLY, I found the right hair salon.
