I had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend. Izzy was fantastic and so was the other young lady, forgive me I forget her name. Looking forward to returning for another hair treatment.

She is seriously the best! She’s always my go-to for a massage, and she never disappoints. You don’t even need to tell her where she needs to focus. She just knows exactly where the tension is and works her magic every time. I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Highly, highly recommend her!

I recently had my very first facial at Loft with Leigh-Ann, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My kids gave me an electronic gift card for Mother’s Day, and I was really excited to use it—but I was also a little nervous. I have rosacea, so I was concerned about how my skin would react and whether a facial would leave me irritated or uncomfortable. Leigh-Ann immediately put me at ease. She was so gentle, calm and reassuring, and she explained that the products she was using were gentle and appropriate for my skin. I am very happy with the experience. Thank you!

I had such a bad headache for 4 days so I booked a massage. I feel so much better, Syl has magic hands I cannot believe how much she helped me to feel better. Thanks Syl

I’ve been to quite a few massage therapists, and honestly, massage hasn’t always been my favourite experience. Ethan, however, was absolutely wonderful—very thorough, professional, and honest. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, and he’s such a great person too. Thank you so much for the amazing massage, Ethan! I’ll definitely be booking another one! 😊
