I was lucky enough to be gifted a voucher for Mother’s Day and had my very first Japanese head spa, Neve is an angel on earth! The most amazing experience. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. She really looked after me! I also had a blow wave from Filippa upstairs - what a beautiful young lady she is, the kindest soul, And made my hair look amazing. I’ll be back, for sure!! I honestly don’t even know where to begin… this was hands down one of the best self-care experiences I’ve ever had. The head spa was absolute heaven, the massage melted away every bit of tension I had, and the facial left my skin feeling so refreshed and glowing. The entire experience was pure luxury from start to finish. If you’re even thinking about booking, just do it. It was worth every single minute and I already can’t wait to come back. Absolutely incredible—10/10!
