I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

We had a wonderful experience today! My daughter had a relaxation massage, and the care and thought that went into accommodating my unique request meant so much. They really went above and beyond to create a personalised experience that suited our needs. Even though they were actually closed today for a special occasion, they kindly fitted us in at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Fadz was absolutely wonderful, professional and caring.
