Awesome hairdresser!

This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!

I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing. My hairdresser is incredibly talented, listens to exactly what I want, and somehow makes it even better. The colour, the cut, the styling — everything is done with so much care and skill. She creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I trust her completely with my hair and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Santina is an outstanding hairdresser and experiened in all aspects of hair styling including color and perms. She is also extremely detailed and meticulous with her preparation and the end result is always fabulous!

I’ve been seeing Megan for about the last month and a half, and I couldn’t be happier. She really knows what she’s doing and takes the time to listen to what I want before she starts. Every time I leave the salon, I feel confident and love the way my hair looks. Megan is friendly, professional, and pays attention to the little details, which makes all the difference. I always feel comfortable in her chair and trust her advice. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented hairdresser.

Managed to salvage a horrible buzz cut into a style that an 11 year was happy with. Thanks for saving the day from a rouge 14-year-old apprentice brother
