New male customer here. I decided to try Beauty in the City after finding it on the Fresha app. I’m honestly so glad I gave it a go. The home studio is clean, well-lit, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the end result—absolutely blown away, to be honest. Thank you so much for the amazing threading! No one has come close to shaping my eyebrows as well as you just did. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be returning as a regular.

I had a wonderful face-up massage today with Jo. It was incredibly relaxing, and the Jo was professional throughout. The treatment relieved a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and face, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. Jo explained the Spinal Flow Treatment very clearly, covering what I may expect in my first session. It was deeply relaxing and non-invasive with this treatment being done fully clothed. It was a great first experience and I'm going back for further sessions.
