I absolutely loved my experience! I’m so happy with my haircut! Paniz was very attentive with me and my daughter. She took the time to understand what we wanted, and made us feel comfortable all the time. I appreciated how careful she was with the length while still giving my hair a fresh, beautiful shape. I left the salon feeling very happy and confident with my hair. Thank you so much for the amazing work! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I appreciated the overall experience. However, a significant thing that I think could have been improved was that one of my nail tips (extensions) was put on crooked and when I brought it to the tech’s attention after applying it, she said she would work on it.. After letting her do the cutting, shaping, gel applications, and reshaping, my nail is still crooked.. sadly! Yes, it will bother me until I get it fixed somewhere. I also think that the prices are high, especially considering that fills are needed every 2-3 weeks. I liked that my nail tech had opinions and offered me options.

I had an appointment with Paniz for highlights and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier! I asked for a low-contrast balayage with warm, rich brunette tones to brighten my face without making my hair look too light, and she delivered exactly what I wanted. The colour is beautiful, dimensional, and so seamlessly blended while still keeping my hair healthy. She also recreated the layers I showed her perfectly and finished with amazing styling. Paniz really listened to what I wanted, and I absolutely love my hair! definitely recommend her.
