This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

ShuShu's work is fabulous! Since I moved to Canada i.e. for past 3 years, I haven't had the courage to trust anyone with my eyebrows. I took a leap of faith with Shio Studio and ShuShu and I am so glad I did! I am very satisfied with the results. I had eyebrow threading & hybrid tinting done. She was very meticulous with eyebrow mapping making sure they are even and aligned. Her technique of eyebrow threading is almost painless. I wasn't expecting to survive the pain. My eyebrows turned out better than I imagined! I booked my next appointment on my way out :D Keep up the amazing work!!!

I’ve been going to Shu Shu for years now and she honestly never disappoints. Every appointment feels comfortable and easy, and she always gets my brows exactly how I want them. She pays attention to the little details and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work and clients <3

Gina is AMAZING she made me feel so comfortable, she’s professional, kind and funny ! Definitely recommend. I’ve done a lymphatic drainage before, but she is perfection I saw drastic results on my first session with her and I still have 2 more sessions left👌🏾

I'm very picky and Glorious nails always does a perfect job. Ana is really amazing and can do anything you ask. It's clean and hygenic, and everyone is super friendly. They even have small frills like a warm towel for your hands afterwards (and they'll take pictures for Instagram for you). Love you guys!!

I went to Gina for post-op lymphatic massages and was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely caring she is. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her expertise. After that experience, I decided to book a facial and it exceeded all my expectations.
