Absolutely obsessed with this spa/salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tammy is so friendly and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! My nails come out flawless ever single time— amazing shape, smooth finish, and the designs are always exactly what I asked for or better! She is super detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ve gotten so many compliments! This has been my go-to spot for years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend if you want beautiful nails and great service.

Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

My experience with my massage at Beauty Gate after my tummy tuck and lipo was beyond my expectations!! Gina is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely gentle. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. The place is clean and cosy, which made the experience even better. I noticed a real difference afterward and felt well cared for. I highly recommend Gina at Beauty Gate to anyone in Ottawa looking for post-surgery lymphatic massage.

I recently had my eyebrows laminated and tinted, as well as a lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. Even though she normally doesn’t do house appointments, she went out of her way to come to me, which meant so much. She took her time, was very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Not only is her work amazing, but her warm and friendly personality made the whole experience so pleasant. I've been looking for someone who does Henna eyebrow threading and I finally found her. She is incredibly talented. My eyebrows look great every time I go there. I get lots of compliments. Plus, her customer service is amazing. The Studio is cute and clean. I highly recommend her.
