She explained every step clearly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The entire experience felt spa-like and never rushed! Had a great experience with Lisa-Marie at Upper Glow Aesthetics. I went in for an eyebrow wax and wanted to keep it looking natural, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. She kept checking in throughout to make sure I liked how it was shaping up. Really happy with the result and would go back.

Me and my kids(boys) went there for hair cut. We were delayed for our appointment in the weekend. Still they were able to accommodate us. Coming back to kids hair cut i was happy the way they cut it, it was how i wanted to. My hair cut was done by Harsh. She was awesome and did amazing job with my hair. Happy with overall experience! Will recommend others to visit.

VERY gentle with her hands. She made me feel very zen (I'm the type that can never relax). She was very gentle with my eyelashes and did them so well, I genuinely don't need my mascara anymore! Very happy with both eyebrow/eyelash lift and tint. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend. 👌 11/10 ♡
