I had my eyebrows done here for the first time today and had such a great experience! Katie was so kind and gentle throughout the appointment. She really took her time to make sure my brows were shaped perfectly and that I was happy with the final result. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling their best. I’m so happy with how my eyebrows turned out and will definitely be coming back!

My experience with Hannah was amazing from the start- beginning with my virtual consultation where she answered all my questions thoroughly as well as explaining step by step her process. On the day of my appointment- she took so much time and care into the mapping of my eyebrows then executed it PERFECTLY. I cried when I saw my results. Soft, beautiful natural eyebrow strokes that literally look like real hair. She created such a perfect brow shape that suites my face. I am so happy that I trusted her ... I am beyond impressed. 10/10 would recommend her

I had the most amazing experience here and felt completely pampered from start to finish! I booked several services a facial, lash lift and tint, brow tint, manicure, and pedicure and I was honestly blown away by how great everything turned out. Every service was done with such care and attention to detail. The facial left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed and glowing, and the lash lift and tint made my lashes look amazing without needing mascara. My brows were shaped and tinted perfectly, and both my manicure and pedicure were flawless. Emily was so incredible, highly recommend

Really lovely eyebrow experience. My brows look great and I look 10 years younger as a result for Yassmine's great efforts. Highly recommend this very professional clinic. Yassmine asked really good questions, made sure I wasn't going to be allergic to anything, took her time, was meticulous, and did great follow-up even calling me the next day after treatment to see if all was OK. Wonderful wonderful place to go for eyebrows. Yassmine is highly trained and skilled.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Refinery. I received the "bright eyes" treatment from Sierra and she did an astounding job. She was super professional, attentive, and miraculously managed to correct my asymmetrical brows in one session. Woo!

Great appt with Cassandra as always, she nailed the perfect shade of blonde highlights as always, and I love how she respects and picks up on that I’m not a chatty Cathy, so she just works away quietly while I read and surf on my phone. Highly recommend this Salon
