I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

I had an amazing experience getting my brow lamination, shape, wax and tint done! Juriah was incredibly gentle and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I had a brow wax and shaping which I’m not good at deciding what I want but she was perfect with her professionalism and knew exactly what to do. Leanne, you are amazing. I loved my visit this afternoon! I had a facial plus an eyebrow tint and wax, and everything was spot on. The facial was super relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Moon is wonderful she takes the utmost care when she does the pedicures and eye brow wax and tinting.

This was my first visit to Love Her Lashes. Vivian has created a lovely relaxing environment. I had a brow wax and mini mink extensions and I’m delighted with the result and keen to try out some of Vivian’s other services, lash tint is next..

I had the most wonderful experience! She was so kind and lovely throughout the entire appointment, making me feel completely at ease. She did an absolutely amazing job shaping and tinting my eyebrows — the colour is perfect and the shape suits my face so well. I left feeling confident and so happy with the results. The staff member that did my eye brow threading and eyebrow tinting was very polite, friendly and professional in her manner. She did an excellent job with my threading and my eyebrows. I also had my hair line threaded to tidy it up, and she did a great job with that also. I was very satisfied.

Lovely peaceful salon environment. Always high quality treatment and great attention to detail. I find the tint on my lashes and brows lasts and my brows hold their shape. Very friendly and pleasant therapist.

The service here is great! I have been going here for the past one year for eyebrow threading and I always I ask for Amar. She is extremely good at shaping your eyebrows, very friendly and patient. She provides excellent service. I highly recommend her.
