Fantastic! Came in with a specific design and colour and Min was spot on with the end result. She created the specific colour to match the image shown and it looks absolutely amazing. Really really happy with how my nails look and feel!

The ladies at Opal are so lovely. I am always happy with the shape of my nails and the colour choices are endless. I find sometimes the seats at nail bars can be a bit ratty but the ones at Opal are clean and in good condition, as are the massage chairs.

I had the most amazing Heavenly Facial with Gemma at Urban Spa Beecroft. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different layers of the skin, how the body influences skin health, and why each step of the treatment was important. It was so refreshing to be treated by someone with such genuine expertise and passion. The facial itself was relaxing, luxurious, and left my skin feeling hydrated, glowing, and refreshed. I had 24 hour deal plus enhancer with Paige at Beecroft. She was the best Therapist I have ever had. Excellent firm pressure which I requested and is very experienced and professional, all smooth sailing, leaving nicely pampered and relaxed.

Pammy was incredibly kind and patient taking so much care manicuring and painting my 93 year old mums nails. Then Hoe and the rest of his team sang mum happy birthday, bought her out a cute birthday cup cake with candle and all the lights. Mum loved her nails and also all the lovely birthday wishes
