Always an amazing experience at Haus of Arches! I highly recommend visiting for their exceptional service and attention to detail. I’ve had regular henna staining and, most recently, an Ombré eyebrow tattoo. I’m absolutely delighted with the results — my brows are perfect, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish.

Amazing service from Clara! The space is beautiful and bright, and she makes you feel incredible relaxed and welcome. I had a lash lift, tint and brow lamination and the results are even better than I could have imagined. She was so gentle and thorough throughout the whole process and is very talented. The lash lift and brow lamination I got with Sarah was amazing. I'm incredibly fussy about my lash lifts after getting them done for many years but Sarah took the time and care to make sure every single hair was perfectly lifted the way I wanted. Highly recommend!

Clara takes her time to really perfect the clients' brows/lashes/lips. She always checks to see if the procedure is painful and applies numbing cream. So far happy with the service but it is only day 1 for my lips/brows so will have to see how it heals!

I had such a great experience getting my brow lami and face wax with Phoebe. She was so communicative prior to the appointment and was always so quick to reply to my questions. I really liked the way she had set up her space, and she made me feel really comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. She was so communicative and professional throughout the lami, telling me about the process and answering any questions I had about it, as it was my first time getting it done. I got a lash lift here and I’m honestly so happy with the results! The whole process was very comfortable as she was incredibly attentive and kept checking if I was okay or feeling any discomfort. She also took the time to shape the curl to suit my eye shape, and it turned out so beautiful. My lashes look naturally lifted and make my eyes look much more defined. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you for overall experience :)
