I had my eyebrows shaped and waxed by Jess at Face Status, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Jess took her time to carefully map and shape my eyebrows to suit my face perfectly. She was so patient, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail was amazing, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for beautiful brows and excellent service!

I have had the pleasure of Jess doing my lashes for years. She now does my brows and since introducing MLD massages I have been getting this done too. It is the most amazing experience. I feel so comfortable with Jess and you can tell she really is passionate about what she does. After an MLD massage you feel transformed in so many ways and I will continue to get this service over and over again.

Jess is super friendly and the bed has a fluffy blanket with an electric blanket underneath which was perfect for my sore muscles. Great chats and I’m happy with my brows! ☺️

I had my brow sculpt and tint done today, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She has an incredible attention to detail and takes the time to ensure everything is absolutely perfect. She is so gentle throughout the appointment, making the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. She is highly professional, genuinely cares about her clients, and makes you feel completely pampered from start to finish. I was so impressed with her work that I've already booked in again for a Korean lash lift with tint tomorrow. That alone says how much I trust her!
