I was nervous after a less than stellar experience at another spa, but Yassmine made sure I knew what was happening with each step, took the time to check in frequently, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I will certainly be returning!

Claire was a wonderful welcome and kind receptionist. Kate gave great service and was thorough and polite! Steam room is a must try. Space was impeccably clean. Products had lovely scents.

Jimmy is very knowledgeable and a true professional. He is on top of the trendy haircut. The pre-consultation with him is very reassuring and made my haircut tailored to me. I am very satisfied with my haircut and his awesome service. I just found myself my favourite barber in the city.

Really lovely eyebrow experience. My brows look great and I look 10 years younger as a result for Yassmine's great efforts. Highly recommend this very professional clinic. Yassmine asked really good questions, made sure I wasn't going to be allergic to anything, took her time, was meticulous, and did great follow-up even calling me the next day after treatment to see if all was OK. Wonderful wonderful place to go for eyebrows. Yassmine is highly trained and skilled.
