The staff are always very welcoming, And Leah always greets me at the front to take me through to treatment room, which is always a tranquil space, The deluxe facials are absolutely heavenly and so relaxing and you never feel hurried or rushed, Always the treatments are above and beyond what Im expecting, and love the quality products, My skin glows and feels firmer when I have my treatments and facials. Lily was amazing and so lovely! Although she didn’t have the colour I was wanting she made the exact colour from mixing the colours she did have. She was also so sweet and made sure the nails were exactly what I was wanting, also double checked at each step if there was any changes I wanted to make. She is super talented and I will definitely be back xox

It was such a good experience. She would make conversation, ask if I like this and that. Easy to have a conversation with. Very sweet and welcoming. The nails are really well done and good. No judgment. She’s the sweetest person. I would 100% go back again

I had an absolutely wonderful hot stone massage with Michelle today. She was incredibly skilled, thoughtful and attentive, and made the whole experience feel genuinely personalised rather than rushed or routine. She worked thoroughly across my back, shoulders, legs, arms, scalp, hair and even my ears, using the hot stones both during the massage and by placing them while she worked on other areas. She was also very professional with draping and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I completely lost track of time because I was so relaxed, and Michelle went well beyond what I expected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a facial with Leah, and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She recommended only what my skin needed. As someone from an African background, I was skeptical about getting a facial, but I'm so glad I did. Leah made me feel comfortable, and I loved the results. Highly recommend!

Was treated with such kind good energy from The get go and left feeling zen even though it was waxing. Surprisingly not as painful as I was expecting with her techniques and type of wax it felt a lot smoother and bareable. Will be a regular from now on
