From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The shop is so tidy, clean & pleasant looking. The massage room temperature, lighting was perfect & the decor was so beautiful, the table & cover so comfortable & warm. As for the massage itself, Kristen didn't miss 1 spot on my whole body (except privates ofcourse 🤭) her style was so relaxing, rhythmic & calming. She ensured she was applying just enough pressure by asking me to let her know if too firm or too soft. Plenty of hot towels used every step of the way too. At the end she offered me glass of water. & there's a loyalty card.

My first time with Laila and very satisfied with her service.had clogged pores and blackheads and they are almost gone . My skin is smoother and cleaner after hydrodermabrasion and Led therapy . Thankyou Laila for your time to take care of my skin today . Will come again .

I love coming here! Rita is so professional and takes the time to explain every step of the process. I hadn’t been in for over 9 months due to my pregnancy, but the team at Gloss still made me feel so welcome. I’m always well looked after and leave feeling amazing.
