On my most recent visit, I was feeling pretty miserable with the flu, and she was so thoughtful and reassuring, telling me it was still okay to come in. She made me feel completely at ease and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling refreshed, pampered and very well looked after. Palak is absolutely wonderful at what she does, and her kindness and personal care make such a difference. 💕 I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend Palak as everyone's number 1 beauty therapist in Nelson. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yet another awesome traditional manicure. The works but no polish as requested. Left with amazing shining natural nails .. no other salon can compare for this service.

Amazing atmosphere and the skill of the barbers here is second to none. Only complaint would be that on this occasion the Lolly jar was full of orange fruit bursts.

First time with Nati and I am genuinely impressed ✨ Ultra‑professional, incredible manicure and nail care (the best I’ve ever had!), and the attention to detail shows in the flawless finish ✨ I’m already booked to go back! 💅
