She knew exactly where the tension was and helped release it perfectly. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and much lighter. I had an excellent massage with Mai. She took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on my legs, glutes, back, and other areas that were especially sore. Her techniques were very effective, and I left feeling noticeably less tense and much more mobile. I also really appreciated that no oils were used, which made the experience even more comfortable. Mai is professional, attentive, and highly skilled. I would definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again.

I’ve had massages at a lot of different places, and what stands out about Selina is how much she accomplishes in a single session. Her one-hour massages feel incredibly thorough because she makes the most of every minute. I never leave feeling like the appointment was cut short. She’s skilled, professional, excellent at deep tissue work, and always finds the areas that need attention. I consistently leave feeling better than when I arrived. The quality of her treatments is why I’ve become a regular client.

I had a Thai foot massage and it was absolutely great. Mai knows exactly what she is doing, and the pressure was perfect. I left the session feeling completely refreshed and energized. My feet and legs feel lighter than ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge. I will definitely be back!

So happy I found this spot! The location is convenient to get to, plenty of parking, it's very clean, and Mai gives the absolute best massage. She knows exactly which muscles to target and was able to use just the right amount of pressure. Her customer service was also amazing as she was so friendly and sweet to interact with. She even gave me some delicious tea and cookies after. I absolutely love it here! Found my new favourite spot :)

I had a very good experience with A-Plus Rehab. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are very accommodating. Seline is exceptional, she made me feel truly cared for and pampered throughout my session. I felt great afterward and will definitely be coming back for more sessions.
