Jade is hands down the BEST pt to go to, especially if you have an injury or want to push yourself to be the best version of you. Her knowledge of the body and how all different factors interacts with each other, causing your body to feel the way it does, really make her stand out. I have always felt extremely comfortable with Jade, as she listens when I voice concerns about how certain workouts make my body feel not quite right - and works with me to find the best alternative to still hit our goals. Jade truly goes above and beyond, to help make sure you are the best version of yourself!
