Nellie is a lifesaver!! They have been instrumental in my management of my carpal tunnel and chronic neck and shoulder pain. I really appreciate the way Nellie listens to what’s going on with me, notices things happening in my body, and works with my body to help relieve pain. They are very good at deep tissue massage and are responsive to adjusting their pressure and technique based on how I’m feeling. Working with Nellie has taught me how body work can be more than a relaxing experience, but also integral clinical treatment for pain management. Very grateful!
