I was SO nervous but Jeanette made me feel super comfortable immediately, we just chatted away like we hadn't just met 2 minutes prior, while she tortured me LOL jk jk but I've put this off for YEARS and I'm not only glad I finally just did it but with somebody that knew what she was doing and fast about it too!

He is amazing! The shade he used to touch up my hair is just right and the highlights he added are perfect! Best color/trim I've ever had.
