I had such a great experience! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I had IV therapy and a facial with Therese and Sabina, and they were both so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first facial and at first it was a bit nerve racking to have someone touch your face. But Elaine was very gentle and informative of the process. She examined my skin to ensure a friendly treatment was given to me for my first time, while implementing treatments for my skin concerns. I had a lovely experience and came out looking radiant.

You won’t find a kinder esthetician than Tay. This young lady is talented and works hard. She also cares about her clients. While she is young that does not mean that Tay is green at her techniques. She is highly skilled and professional. I cannot recommend her services enough. Support a local Scarborough business!

I recently started going to The Beauty Initiative and I’m so impressed by the overall experience so far. Nurse Lakshmi really listened to my needs and provided such helpful advice to help me choose the right treatment. During the treatment, she paid attention to each detail and patiently explained each step. The place is also very relaxing and clean so I’m looking forward to coming back for more services.

i was originally gonna get the bespoke signature, but i’m so glad elaine is so thoughtful and genuinely so good at what she does 🥹!! she really took the time to look at my skin and explain thoroughly which facial would suit me best, and i ended up getting the barrier repair to help with my acne 🤍 my skin felt sooo refreshed, calm, and light after the appointment!! she also gave me samples which is amazing 🫶🏻 and she has really good aftercare too, she checks in with you after to see how your skin is doing which i honestly appreciated so much. 💕 definitely recommend her!!

skincare and facial goat 🫡🫡 i’ve been coming to her since october 2025 and she’s explained every step of the facial process very clearly. additionally she is extremely attentive and helpful about the post-treatment ie. if you’re unsure about which product is safe to use right after, she will take the time to do research and inform you about it. so far, i have done the barrier repair facial, green sea peel and microneedling. they are all great and if you’re not sure about which one to do, elaine will do a consultation at the beginning of the session regardless. anyway book wit her yall 🤞✌️

This was my very first facial, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I would absolutely do it again. The space was clean and welcoming, and Elaine was professional and attentive throughout the entire appointment. Parking was a bit challenging, but that was due to a snowstorm the day before so not a reflection of the business at all. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
