Heidi was amazing! Her understanding of anatomy was excellent, she was able to apply a great deal of pressure for deep tissue relief but all of her actions were targeted and appropriate to the area. No unnecessary pointy poking, or running knuckles/elbows over bones. Just strong effective tension release, whilst still maintaining a calming "relaxation massage" sensation throughout.

Had a remedial massage today and couldn’t be happier. What a wonderful experience. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. The staff are friendly, professional and caring and the ambience is lovely. I will definitely be returning.🙌🏼

Irene was wonderful. She was courteous, gentle, kept checking in at regular intervals if I was okay, and responded to my feedback. The room was good: relaxing music, lighting, big mirror, and hooks for clothes. For parking, there is an EasyPark lot nearby which is free for the first hour.

My partner & I had the chill couples package and it was glorious! Don’t be fooled by the simple presentation of the place because it is a sanctuary of tranquility, comfort and peace. We felt absolutely pampered and relaxed. We’ll definitely be coming back as regulars.

Absolutely loved my remedial massage! I had quite a lot of tension and tightness over my upper shoulder and lower back, and the therapist did a great job working through those areas. I felt noticeably lighter and more relaxed afterward. Great service and a very professional experience. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!
