Always a perfect experience with Natalia, I consistently look forward to my appointments because I know she’s going to get it exactly right. She checks in each time about the kinds of products I’m using in my hair, that way if something is missing from my routine, she can recommend a product. She’s never pushy about the products either which to me is a sign that she really cares about the health of my hair and that’s why she recommends them, not just to try and upsell on a service. I will always recommend Natalia to anyone looking for someone reliable and talented to get their hair done!

What can I say except THANK YOU Jessica for all your help and expertise. I have been feeling really insecure with how I look lately with my hair loss after menopause. I had a consultation session with Jessica today and left her hair studio a confident woman again! She is truely gifted with knowing what you need to make you feel beautiful again. It’s always an amazing experience seeing Natalia. Did a major refresh on my red colour and Natalia took the time to make sure I was happy with the final colour and worked with me until it was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Already looking forward to my next visit!
