I was getting one of the most sensitive and vulnerable tattoos of my life, and wouldn’t stop crying. Edgar created a safe space for me to be vulnerable, and made me laugh. I had a wonderful trichology consultation and scalp treatment with Natalia. I truly appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and all the helpful recommendations she provided. I noticed an improvement immediately after the treatment my scalp felt significantly better. Natalia carefully listened to my concerns, identified the issue, and recommended the right haircare products and shampoos for me. Taylor is the best piercer! I’ve gone to her for all my recent piercings, and she does both an amazing job of designing your stack, and the actual piercing is quick, clean, and heal perfectly. I wish I had more ears to pierce!
