I highly recommend Lash and Brow and especially Albina. She is currently removing the permanent makeup from my eyebrows, and I am extremely happy with the results. I have the highest praise for my lash artist Kay. Kay is a miracle worker. She was able to transform my own scrawny sparse eyelashes into a gorgeous set of lashes that made me feel like a movie star. Wow, did I ever get my confidence back. Kay is very skilled, attentive,and personable.
